FLOAT

Our float rooms contain everything you need. You have total control over your environment in the tank. There is a private shower with the beautiful Australian made Sukin shower range for your use.

We will play some gentle music for you during your float to help you relax.

 

Enjoy your post float glow with a cup of refreshing herbal tea or water to help cleanse the body of unwanted toxins.

SAUNA

​

The sauna is located in its own private therapy room with a shower that is stocked with Australian-made Sukin products for your use. Towels are provided, and water is available but feel free to bring your own water. The sauna will be heated to 55c - 60c prior to your arrival. We recommend you use the sauna with cotton underwear or swimwear.

 

The sauna is fitted with light therapy, and we encourage you to experiment with the different colours during your session. You can connect to the Bluetooth to listen to a podcast, book, meditation or music from your phone. 

​

After your sauna, you will have a quick cool shower and are encouraged to drink water or enjoy a cup of herbal tea while you enjoy the afterglow.

​

*Please be aware when booking a Flauna that the float times are set, so the sauna needs to be booked as close as possible to your chosen float time.  There may be a waiting period between sessions, depending on existing bookings and/or the length of your sauna. However, we will do our best to accommodate your preference.

MASSAGE

Our massage therapist, Ann has just delighted us all with news of her pregnancy! We are beyond excited with the news and can't wait to meet the new addition to her family.

Unfortunately for us, this means that we are no longer offering the Ka Huna massage for the foreseeable future. Please call if you have a gift voucher for the massage that you would like to use.
